The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that the Triple Bridges Project over MD 295 in Baltimore City is now underway, and starting on Monday, March 4, 2019, the Annapolis Road Bridge will close to through traffic between Patapsco Avenue and Wegworth Lane with detours in effect, WEATHER PERMITTING. Suggested detour routes for this closure can be found by clicking here.
As a result of this work, on or about Monday, March 18, 2019, lane closures will be implemented along both north and southbound MD 295, and MD 295 will be reduced to two lanes of through traffic in each direction throughout the majority of the project. Lane closures along MD 295 will cause congestion and delays, so motorists are strongly encouraged to allow additional travel time and to use alternate routes.
